Tea Time

Ritz

Salon Proust
"At the Ritz, nobody pushes you," Marcel Proust once said. It's an observation that earned the author of "In Search of Lost Time" a salon named in his honor, a place where, comfortably settled into a plush armchair, in the company of rare books and warm woodwork, one can simply take the time to daydream. And to indulge in the memorable delights of madeleines and exceptional teas. An ideal spot for savoring favorite childhood cakes by the fireplace.

Alain Ducasse School

If you would like to have a culinary experience with family and friends we recommend this wonderful experience in which you cook and than enjoy a meal together.

Come and discover French cuisine by taking lessons at the school of the renowned French chef Alain Ducasse. Both a cook and a creator, Alain Ducasse is an aesthete, a craftsman of good living and good eating. Beyond the design of his restaurants' dishes, he is involved in scenography and tableware, while leaving chefs the freedom to express their own interpretation of the place and its editorial line.

As a newcomer or as an enthusiast, they offer cooking and pastry classes as well as wine tastings.
Excepting the category "COOKING CLASSES IN ENGLISH" all the courses are taught in French. Please be aware when you book.
